Definitions of SynerGen Tiers

This policy outlines the definitions of what each Tier represents within Synergen as well as the requirements for promotion.

Traveler

Definition:

  • A citizen discovering Calypso
  • All new members of the Synergen (even established citizens of Calypso) will be Initiates for at least 30 days before promotion to Senior Traveler regardless of skill levels

Requirements for Promotion:

  • Must be a SynerGen member for 30 days
  • Collect all teleporters on both Eudoria and Amethera
  • Must have accounts for the Society Dashboard and Society Forum

Senior Traveler

Definition:

  • A Traveler pusuing graduation from mentorship
  • Collected all teleporters
  • Active in Society Forum and Society Dashboard

Requirements for Promotion:

  • Graduate from mentorship

Adventurer

Definition:

  • Experienced Traveler who knows his or her way around Calypso and offers help to others
  • Graduated from mentorship

Requirements for Promotion:

  • Must unlock five special skills (Marksmanship, Calypso Ground Assessment, Extraction, etc.)
  • Demonstrate leadership skills by leading team hunts, conducting teleporter runs, organizing society events, etc.

Senior Adventurer

Definition:

  • A leading citizen in the Calypso community with high professional standing and pursuing higher skills and knowledge
  • Lead, teach and train fellow society members
  • Five special skills unlocked

Requirements for Promotion:

  • Senior Adventurer represents the pinnacle of professional advancement within SynerGen. To advance to Expedition Adviser requires an interest in active management of the society.

Expedition Advisor

Definition:

  • A Senior Adventurer desires to take an active roll in the management of SynerGen and its finances

Responsibilities:

  • Lead SynerGen in all management and financial endeavors
  • Lead SynerGen and its members toward a greater good
  • Exemplify the highest standard of conduct and professionalism within the Calypso community
  • Be responsive to the concerns of SynerGen members and address any issues that need resolution

Expedition Leader

Definition:

  • Responsibility for SynerGen is shared among the Expedition Advisors

Notes:

  • Senior Traveler and higher members are authorized to seek new Travelers.
  • As version updates change the game, these definitions may be forced to change to reflect the updates.
