We are pleased that the following new Travelers have joined SynerGen: Sorren The Hitman McCarl (an old friend), Marnius Ollie Terminus, Demon RY4 Bu40, Kaan Kromozom Oz, Paul Paulie Gualtieri & Vio Lynt Tryptand. We welcome you as you join us on our journey in EU. Our membership roster now stands at 25.

Congratulations to Chitina MissChitina Csarder on her graduation and promotion to the tier of Adventurer. Chitina worked diligently to graduate in the hunting profession and we are all pleased to see her advance within the society. A big welcome to our newest members: Emil TheSkilled One, Ragnar cap Galtenjold, and Miss isdera commendatore. We are happy to have you with us as SynerGen Travelers and we look forward to your advancement within the society.

We have a couple members who deserve some recognition. Recently our members Peterbilt and Rhus have been promoted to the Senior Adventurer tier! Congratulations guys!

Seven SynerGen members today completed an historic Beacon Mission resulting in a total of 20 HOFs for the team. Every team member received at least one entry in the Hall of Fame. Total TT value of those HOFs exceeded 8000 PED. Congratulations to Dave, Dane, Chitina, Aeon, Addy, Peterbilt and Ookami!

We are a diverse society and our diversity enhances our synergy.

Our members are in Asia, Europe and South & North America. Our members speak several languages, although we normally use English in soc chat. We seek members from the four corners of the earth. We hope to increase our geographic and linquistic diversity.

We are hard-core gamers, casual gamers and weekend warriors.

We have almost an equal number of female and male players.

We have a diversity of ages in our society, teens – 60s.

We have a diversity of abilities in EU and IRL. We will not reject any player based on differing abilities.

We have a divesity of experience, interest and professions in EU. We are hunters, miners and crafters.

We all play this game for fun. Of course, it would be nice to break even or to make a small profit. Our first society beacon mission was fun and profitable.

We will honor our members by listening, being patient, recognizing that we all come into this game with differing backgrounds and abilities, promoting as soon as the promotion is earned, and having activities and events that will appeal to players of all levels. We will recognize the achievements of our players and we will give credit where credit is due. We will help to mentor new players. Not all players can or do deposit. We will do our best to make the game enjoyable for all players.

And what do we expect from our members? Honesty, courtesy and respect for all other members and players. We want SynerGen to have the best possible reputation and we will hold our members to a high standard of conduct. In case it is not covered above—no begging.

As with any family, we will have to deal with some “issues.” But we will strive to be fair in all respects. We do not have a single society leader. The leadership of SynerGen is vested in the Expedition Advisor tier, currently six members. We will strive for transparency. Everyone should be able to see that the leadership group of SynerGen is open, responsive and acts with integrity. As other qualified members step up and ask for a role in SynerGen management, we will make the opportunity available.
